Installment/Payment Plans

If you have agreed to an installment or monthly payment plan, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for completing payment on any remaining program fees you’ve agreed to.

Privacy

Refunds

Elixir of Venus, Write-amin J, and Rebirth the Heroine: these offerings are nonrefundable.

Elemental Writing courses: full refunds are available until the close of registration date before the start of the course. After that, all registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to participate in the course, depending on circumstances, for up to a year from the start date of the course, you may apply part or all of your registration fee to other services and products available from Jen Violi.

For Retreats, full refunds are available for a limited time, based on the date of the retreat. After that, for another set period, your registration fee minus a $259 deposit may be refunded. After that set period, all registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the retreat, depending on circumstances, you may apply part or all of your registration fee to other services and products available from Jen Violi.

Story Time Consultations: payments made for services agreed to and scheduled are non-refundable. Before you’ve scheduled your appointment, a partial refund of $125 may be available. If necessary, clients may apply payments made to future services for up to one year after date of payment. With the exception of emergencies, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment we’ve scheduled via the contact page. For Monday appointments, cancellations should be made by the previous Friday. The fee for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is the same cost as the appointment itself. Changing the dates of agreed-to services may require a rescheduling fee.
